Recently I made the change over to Knowledge Infusion. A small boutique consulting firm, but arguably the leader in talent management consulting and thought leadership. I continue to push the limits of HR data governance, systems design and HR innovation.
Before this, I was a senior consultant in Towers Perrin’s Change Implementation line of business, specializing in helping clients improve the effectiveness of their HR functions. Over the last decade, I have worked with clients across a wide range of industries, implementing diverse programs improving HR efficiency and integrating HR with operational strategies.
